The employees at the hotel were accommodating and absolutely kind. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect and magnificent, near downtown Rochester, the electrical outlet, and the bistro. It was just a short walk away from Panorama Plaza.

There was a huge stain on the carpet in room 305. Gross!!!!!!! Felt I needed to wear footwear while in the room. The air vent was noisy and I had a hard time controlling the thermostat.

It boasts excellent, absolutely perfect location close to nice restaurants, and the electrical outlet. There is good choice of perfect food for breakfast...

The location is perfect because it's near expressways, and shopping, but is tucked away from most traffic. My room was spacious, on the quiet, non-traffic side; had a great layout. Staff were friendly & professional. Food was terrific.

Wi-fi is spotty. When I asked for a taxi, the reception desk gave me a business card that turned out to be for a very pricey private car service. For the return trip he used a different vehicle that was making loud, disturbing noises.
